2012At a meeting in Dordrecht, the Netherlands, the Transgender Network Netherlands (TNN) launched a declaration of rights, to be used as a letter to be signed by employers and authorities: the Declaration of Dordrecht. In May, 2012, the International Labour Organisation ILO started its "Gender Identity and Sexual Orientation: Promoting Rights, Diversity and Equality in the World of Work (PRIDE)" project. The project conducts research on discrimination against Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) workers across the world and highlights good practices that promote meaningful inclusion.
