David Richardson David Richardson (1957) is an American politician and certified public accountant. He is a Democratic Party member of the Florida House of Representatives. He was elected on November 6,2012, and represents the 113th district which is entirely within Miami-Dade county and contains the city of Miami Beach, as well as parts of ma, Little Havana, and North Bay Village.
